A thrilling run chase saw Hambledon get the better of Burridge in the county semi final of the National Village Knockout.
In a high-scoring game, Rick Ankers (93) and Alex Styles (69) thought they had done enough to put the tie beyond their opponents.
But from 161-1 off 25 overs, Burridge probably finished 20 runs short of an unassailable target as Dan Hewitt (4-40) pegged them back to 248-5 in 40 overs.
Despite losing Jack Lavous early, James Scutt (48) and Rob Atkins put on 90 for the second wicket.
But at 150-5, Burridge looked favourites to end their losing streak against the Dons.
However 17-year-old Ollie Mills (65no) showed maturity beyond his years to steer Hambledon to a four-wicket victory with two overs to spare, helped by quickfire partnerships with James Atkinson (33) and Nick Scutt (20no).
Hambledon will now visit Sparsholt in the county final on Sunday June 12.
