Hambledon under-13s saw their friendly with Hampshire Hoggetts abandoned due to rain.
The annual friendly was unfortunately washed out after heavy rain - with the Dons 91 for five off 18 overs.
The Hoggetts were a very strong outfit with a side made of mainly Winchester and North Hampshire district players.
Put into bat, the Hambledon openers Will Hardman and Tom Toogood saw the off the two Hartley Wintney quickies.
But Toogood was then removed for 18 after a good start.
The Dons then lost wickets at regular intervals but Hardman (40 not out) was holding the innings together well when the rain came.
