Hambledon's second string are celebrating after inflicting the first defeat on fellow promotion-chasers Bishop's Waltham in Hampshire League division four south.
Batting first, the second-placed visitors posted 191 for eight from their 45 overs at Ridge Meadow.
Kyle Shinn (one for 21) and Mark Le Clercq (two for 40) led the way, while veteran James Restell also bagged a wicket.
Hambledon's reply did not start well, though, with the top three making just 24 runs between them.
Paul Vickers (65) then got stuck in and with Will Bond (24) they shared a century partnership to wrestle the Dons back into the match.
Another collapse threatened to derail the chase altogether but Shinn (11), Owain Chapman (19 not out) and young star Hew Richards (four not out) saw the Dons coast home to grab 22 points.
The massive win puts the Dons well and truly back in the mix for a top-four finish.
