Finlay Rockett led a spirited fightback as Hambledon under-15s B defeated Gosport Borough.
At 15 for six off six overs, the outlook was very bleak for the young Dons.
However, Rockett had other ideas and struck a superb 47 to power Hambledon back into the contest.
He was ably supported by Sam Bloomer (14) before the visitors were eventually bowled out for 103.
Gosport made steady progress in their reply but economical bowling from the Hambledon attack left them needin 13 from the final over with three wickets in hand.
A fine last over under pressure saw George Cowlrick pick up two wickets for just three runs and complete a victory which had seemed very unlikely two hours earlier.
Having already beaten Sarisbury and Gosport at home, Hambledon have now won three of their four fixtures this term.
