Hambledon under-11s A launched their home campaign with a victory over Portsmouth & Southsea.
After Archie Bennett had lost the toss, the young Dons produced a superb batting display to reach 114 without loss after their 20 overs.
Openers Bennett and Cameron Clarke led the way - retiring on 23 and 22 respectively - before Thomas Coyle (19 not out) and Edward Moger (15 not out) continued the good work.
Portsmouth & Southsea were never in contention after the break, despite opener Oliver Kanavan (18) putting up some resistance.
With the required rate increasing, several run-outs ensued - one thanks to a superb direct hit by Matthew Houlberg.
The visitors eventually closed on 67 for seven in their 20 overs, with Clarke conceding no runs from his two overs and Josh Wise taking one for one.
