Hambledon under-15s are through to the last 16 of the national t20 competition.
The young Dons booked a trip to Horsham next Tuesday after coming through a hard-fought encounter with Northwood on the Isle of Wight yesterday.
After winning the toss and electing to bat, Northwood posted a competitive 116 for four.
Rory Prentice was the pick of the Hambledon bowlers with one for five off his four overs, while James Toogood took one for eight and Tim Coleman one for three.
In reply, JJ Brown scored 50 off just 43 balls to fire Hambledon towards victory. Hew Richards (15) chipped in, as did Prentice (17), Daniel Franks (10 not out) and Ollie Atkinson (16 not out).
