Mann and Lewis see Hambledon home in dramatic finish

Hambledon won a thrilling match at Ridge Meadow against local rivals Portsmouth.

Having dimissed the opposition for 96 with an outstanding bowling performance led by David Williams (3-20), Rupert Hetherington (2-28) and veteran Indy Chakrabarti (2-24).

Hambledon in reply slumped to 41-7 before 14-year-old debutant Eddie Lewis and 16-year-old Will Mann put on a magnificant stand of 39, before Lewis was bowled for 16.
